What is Scentwork?
Scentwork is teaching your dog to find a particular scent. Think of police dogs searching a room for the scent of drugs. Don't worry, we don't use drugs and we don't find dogs care what they're finding as long as they get their reward at the end!
If you want to try something new or have a hunting breed in need of an outlet then this could be the perfect activity for you.
How many classes?
This course is four classes.
What Your Dog Will Learn:
Your dog will learn how to search an area for our chosen scent (orange shredded rubber) and you will learn how to identify when they have found the scent and how to maximise their chances of succeeding.

When does your next course start?
Immediately! Yes, really! We don't do courses. We run open-enrolment classes that means you can get started straight away. The content is designed so you won't miss anything.
What age is appropriate for scentwork classes?
Scentwork is appropriate for dogs of all ages.
What happens after I buy this?
You'll get an automated email. The email will contain a link to a form asking you to tell us more about your dog. At the end of the form there will be a link to download our exclusive app. On the app you can use your class credits to book onto whichever beginner scentwork classes work for your schedule.
You'll also find a 'Social' tab where you can connect with other class attendees and ask questions.

Do I have to use my classes within a certain timeframe?
No, your class credits will remain on your account indefinitely so you don't have to worry about taking breaks or not being able to make classes.

Achievement Bandana & Certificate -
We believe that learning doesn't stop at puppyhood. That's why we give all attendees an achievement bandana, if your dog passes our adult dog class you will be awarded your Adult Dog Patch. This is the equivalent of a martial arts belt or Brownies badges.
If you choose to keep training you can earn various badges through our different classes and prove to the world just what an awesome team you make.
Magnetic Scentwork Tin & Rubber Scent -
At your first class you will be given a magnetic scentwork tin and some orange shredded rubber so you can practice at home. We teach the dogs to find shredded rubber as it's safe for the dogs and easy to source.
